EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Each battalion will receive a spreadsheet with the companies who have paid insurance and dues. EACH battalion will create/maintain/update their own spreadsheet with any additional members and will forward the payment directly to the treasurer with documentation as to which company and battalion this payment is for.
The Division is requesting that each Company submit their insurance application and check to the Adjutant of their Regiment/Insurance coordinator to be verified and forwarded to the Division Insurance Coordinator.
IMPORTANT
The final deadline to submit insurance and dues is April 1. A roster will be sent to the Chief of Staff in the form of a spreadsheet or pdf.
REMEMBER: After April 1 the insurance is NO longer in effect if it is NOT PAID and the membership is inactive until it is paid—this goes for all ranks.
ANV Liability/Accident: Any person, regardless of age, must be covered by accident and liability insurance.
